Oh forgot to mention the shure p4hw also provides two inputs and a mix mode which allows you to mix 2 different signals. (2 inputs) So you could run 2 separate signals 1 from the house and 1 from your drum module and have total control over their mix, no need for a mixer or headphone amp. Multiple bus headphone switch. I want to send the master output and headphone output of my mixer into the the separate inputs of this device, then plug two sets of headphones into the separate outputs. I think I could bodge something together using splitters on the master and headphone outputs of my mixer and two separate.
Headphone Multiple Inputs
Headphone Mix with a Mixing Board. To create a headphone monitor mix, you use an aux send on each input channel on your mixing board. The send level on each aux send acts as the volume level of the track going to the headphones. You can adjust these volumes by talking to the musician or vocalist to see what they want in their mix.

Headphone Mixer Multiple Inputs Types
My amp is able to have up to 2 inputs. The first is my computer and the second is the amazon dot. Whenever i connect the dot to my amp, the volume from my computer is lowered to about half. The same thing happens if the second input is my phone or any other audio input device.
I read online that a mixer might be the thing i need but i'm not sure which mixer to get. Any recommendations or more explanations on how i could fix the problem would be great. I'm a complete audio novice so i'm quite lost.
Any help is much appreciated, thanks
